  1. While writing or changing your review, go to Photos and Proof (Optional).
  2. Select Add photos and choose up to 4 photos of the place, the food or the service.
  3. To add proof, select Add proof and choose a photo or PDF of a receipt, invoice, booking or chat.
  4. Choose For Agoo only or Show it with my review, and say what it is.
  5. Drag across anything private (phone numbers, account or card numbers, ID numbers, other people's names) to cover it, then select Add proof.

  6. Send or save your review. The photos and proof go with it.

Good to Know

  • Each picture you show is checked before anyone else sees it, at the size readers would open it. Until then, your review shows without it, and only you can open it.
  • A PDF's pages are turned into pictures on your device, and what you cover is filled in there. Agoo never keeps the file itself, and location and camera details are removed from photos.
  • Proof for Agoo only is seen by Agoo's moderators alone: it goes straight to them and is never checked by AI. Once one looks, your review shows Proof seen by Agoo.
  • Proof you show with your review says it's yours, with private details hidden. It never says Agoo vouches for it.
  • Photos and proof never change your stars, the score or where your review shows.
  • Places that need care, such as clinics and schools, keep photos off reviews. You can still give Agoo proof privately.
  • Agoo keeps each picture at up to 1,600 pixels on its long side. You can add 20 pictures a day.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • "Not shown" under a picture. A person at Agoo decided it can't show, and says why. Take it off, or cover what's private and add it again.
  • The picture is too long and thin. Take a long receipt in two parts.
  • That's 20 for today. Try again tomorrow.
