  1. Open the form and stay on the Build tab.
  2. Select Add a question, or drag a kind of question from the palette onto the page.
  3. In the panel on the right, type the question's words and any help text, and turn on Must be answered if it's needed.
  4. For a choice question, type its Options, or select Paste a list to add many at once.
  5. Drag a question by its handle to move it, within a page or to another one.
  6. Select Add a page to start a new page. People see one page at a time.

Good to Know

  • Ghana's own questions are in the palette: Ghana Card, Digital address, Region and district, phone numbers checked against Ghana's numbering plan, and amounts in cedis.
  • A Ghana Card question records a number. It's always sensitive and masked, and it never asks for a photo of the card.
  • Signature, Ghana Card, Matrix, Ranking, Hidden and Calculated questions need Forms Plus or Forms Team. The palette marks them.
  • There is no password question. Agoo Forms never asks anyone for a password or PIN.
  • Press A to add a question, ⌘ D to copy one, P to preview, and ? for every shortcut.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • A question shows a lock. It needs a higher level. Take it out, or move up a level in Billing.
  • You deleted a question by mistake. Press ⌘ Z (Ctrl Z on Windows) to bring it back.
  • Someone else saved the draft at the same time. The builder keeps both and asks whether to keep yours or take theirs.
