Add Saved WhatsApp Replies
Save the answers your team gives often, such as directions or parking, and drop them in with one keystroke.

Go to ConsoleWhatsApp and open Saved replies.
- Select Add a saved reply.
- Give it a Title your team picks it by, and write the Reply. Write
{name}where the visitor's first name should go. - Select Save.
In a conversation, type / in the reply box, or choose from Saved replies…, to use it.
Good to Know
- People who answer WhatsApp messages keep the saved replies.
- Agoo has some saved replies of its own, alongside yours.
- A saved reply is a starting point: change it before you send if you need to.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You don't see Saved replies. Your role doesn't answer WhatsApp messages, or you're on Free.
- A saved reply needs changing. Open Saved replies, edit it and select Save. Your team gets the new wording at once.
