Go to ConsoleWhatsApp. Conversations waiting for an answer are under Needs an answer, longest waiting first.
- Open the conversation. You see the visit or booking it's about, the site and the host.
On Reply on WhatsApp, write your reply. Type / to drop in a saved reply, or attach a photo or document.
- Check what the reply counts as, shown under the box, and select Send.
- When you're done, select Close.
After you answer, the conversation waits under Waiting for them until they write again.
Good to Know
- Visitors get an automatic reply at once, saying their message reached your team. It costs you nothing.
- The host is told when their visitor writes, in the Agoo Workspace app first, then by email.
- Each reply counts as a WhatsApp message, from your plan's allowance, then bundles, then your wallet. Reactions count as nothing.
- On Free you can read every conversation, and Agoo's own team answers them for you.
- Use conversations to answer what was asked. Offers, promotions and broadcasts aren't allowed.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "24 hours have passed since their last message". WhatsApp only allows an approved follow-up now. See Send a WhatsApp Follow-Up.
- "This month's WhatsApp budget is spent". Replies stop when your budget is reached, if your organisation chose that. An Owner or Admin can raise it in Costs and budget.
- "Replies on WhatsApp are paused for your organisation for now". You can still read and add notes. Call or email the visitor from their visit or booking meanwhile.
- You can't reply to your own visitor. Your organisation has turned off Hosts answer their own visitors. Add a note and give it to reception.
