Send a WhatsApp Follow-Up After 24 Hours

   Open the conversation in ConsoleWhatsApp, or open the visit or booking and select Message on WhatsApp.

   If it says 24 hours have passed since their last message, read the follow-up Agoo will send and what it counts as.

   Select Send the follow-up.

When they reply, you can write freely again.

Good to Know

• WhatsApp lets businesses write freely for 24 hours after the person's last message. After that, only an approved template can be sent.
• The follow-up always says what it's about: their message and its date, or the visit or booking.
• A follow-up counts as several WhatsApp messages, because WhatsApp charges more for it. The Console tells you how many before you send.
• Follow-ups are limited more tightly than replies. If someone hasn't answered one, call or email them instead.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You're asked to wait. Someone hasn't answered your last messages. Give them time, or call or email them.
• You're told they replied STOP. They get no WhatsApp messages from Agoo until they reply START. Call or email them instead.
