Give a WhatsApp Conversation to Someone

   Open the conversation in ConsoleWhatsApp.

   Under Who has it, choose the colleague or the host.

   To leave a note, switch to Note for your team, write it, and select Add note.

The person you chose is told when the visitor writes again.

Good to Know

• Notes are for your team only and are never sent.
• You can give a conversation to someone who answers WhatsApp messages at that site, or to the host.
• Labels help you find conversations later: filter by Labels on the list.
• Use Whose on the list to see conversations With you or Your visitors.
• Every reply, note and change is in your audit trail, never the words of a message.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The person you want isn't offered. Their role can't answer WhatsApp messages at that site. Check ConsoleSettingsRoles.
• You can only add notes. Your organisation has turned off Hosts answer their own visitors, or you're on Free.
