Answer When Reception Asks If You'll See a Visitor

   Tap the notification, or open Hosting and find the visit under Will you see them?.

   Choose I'll see them to become their host. A waiting visitor is let in.

   Or choose Ask them to wait and how long, Not today so the desk can book them in for another time, or I won't see them to hand it back to the desk, with a note if you like.

   Tap Send my answer.

Good to Know

• The first answer counts. If a colleague answered first, the app says so.
• Answering needs a connection, because the visitor is standing at the desk.
• Where only the lead host decides, you see the visit without the buttons.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The app says you're offline. Find a signal, or call reception.
• The visit has gone from the list. Someone else took it, or the desk handed it to another person.
