Tell Reception You're Coming for Your Visitor

   When "Your visitor is here" arrives, press and hold the notification (on Android, pull it down).

   Tap I'm coming, or Ask them to wait and choose how long.

   Or open the visit in Hosting and use the same buttons under Let reception know.

Reception sees Host is on the way, or how long you asked them to wait, beside your visitor.

Good to Know

• When you meet your visitor at reception, tap Check (name) in on the visit. When you walk them out, tap Check (name) out.
• The visit's page has Call, WhatsApp and Email to reach your visitor.
• Android shows up to three buttons on a notification. Open the visit to choose another wait.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "That didn't go through". Open the app: it says why, and you can answer again from the visit.
• No notification came. Check notifications are on for Agoo in Account › Notifications.
