Go to ConsolePeopleChange requests. The menu shows how many are waiting for you.
- Read each change: what changes, from what to what, from when and why.
- Select Approve, or Decline and write a Note they'll see.
An approved change applies now, or on its date if that's still to come. If there's another step, it goes to the next approver.
Good to Know
- Waiting for someone else lists changes at another approver's step, such as a line manager's before HR's.
- Nobody approves their own change.
- Approvers who are away are covered by their deputies, and a change nobody decides moves up after the time your organisation sets.
- You choose how you're told about changes waiting for you in Your accountYour alerts.
If Something Goes Wrong
- It says "Nothing waiting for you". No change needs your decision now. Check Waiting for someone else.
- An approved change shows "Couldn't be applied". Something changed before its date. Whoever asked is told why, and HR makes a new change.
