Ask or Answer a Question About a Place

   Sign in and open the place's page on agoo.reviews.

   Go to Questions and Answers and select Ask a question.

   Choose The whole business or one branch, and type your question about the place itself.

   Select Ask the question.

To answer someone else's question, open it, type Your answer and select Post the answer.

Good to Know

• Questions are up to 300 characters and answers up to 1,000. You can answer each question once, and changing your answer replaces it. You can't answer your own question.
• The business's own answer is labelled From the business.
• You're told in Notifications when someone answers, and by email if you chose that in your email choices.
• Mark an answer Helpful to put the most useful ones first. Questions and answers never change a score or the order of search.
• Pages of clinics, schools, places of worship and other places that need care don't take questions.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Your question or answer isn't showing yet. One with contact details, a link, an accusation or a threat waits for a person at Agoo to read it first, and you're told so.
• There's no way to ask on a page. It's a kind of place that doesn't take questions, or the page isn't taking new reviews right now.
• An answer is wrong or rude. Select Report under it. A moderator decides.
