A Console Page Isn't Updating by Itself
What the Live badge means, and what to do when a page stops showing changes as they happen.

- Look at the badge beside the page's title or tabs. Live means changes show as they happen.
- If it says Connecting or how often it checks, such as Every 30s, the page still updates, every so often instead of at once.
If the top of the page says you're offline, check your Wi-Fi or data. Back online shows when the connection returns, and the page catches up.
- If it still looks out of date, reload the page.
Good to Know
- Pages that show what others change, such as the visitor register, Home's counts and approvals, update by themselves. You don't need to refresh.
- What you type while offline is kept on the computer and saved when you're back.
- A network that blocks live connections, such as some office firewalls, makes pages check every so often instead.
If Something Goes Wrong
- It says Not live and never updates. Reload the page. If it keeps happening on one network, ask your IT team whether it blocks live connections.
- Everyone sees old information at once. Check Agoo's status page for an incident.
