Before You Start
Change the password on your router first. Agoo never changes anything on your router.
Go to ConsoleSettingsWi-Fi and open the network.
- Type the New password.
- When asked Have you already changed it on your router?, select Yes, save the new password.
Kiosks and staff phones pick up the new password by themselves, and Guest Wi-Fi posters never need a reprint.
Good to Know
- Under Passwords, Remind us to change shared passwords every 30, 90 or 180 days, or never.
- People allowed to see a stored password select Show. It hides again after a short while, and each reveal is recorded in the audit trail.
- A plain Wi-Fi QR code made from this network can't change: its page asks you to reprint it.
- Archive a network to stop sharing it at once. Its record, and who was given it, are kept.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Visitors can't join after the change. Check the new password matches the router exactly.
- You can't see Show. Only Owners, Admins and Site admins can see a stored password.
