Share Staff Wi-Fi in the Workspace App

   Go to ConsoleSettingsWi-Fi and turn on Staff Wi-Fi.

   Add a staff network, and choose who can use it: everyone at its sites, or a role, team, department or person.

   Choose whether Staff can see the password, or Join only.

Staff find their networks in the Agoo Workspace app and join with one tap.

Good to Know

• Owners and Admins can always use every network.
• When someone shows a password on their phone, it's behind the phone's own unlock, and the audit trail records it.
• When a password changes, the people a network is shared with are told, without the password in the message.
• When someone is moved out of a network, or signs out, the app forgets its password.
• Under Passwords, choose whether new staff networks let staff see the password.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "On, but no staff network yet". Add a staff network.
• Someone can't see a network. Check they're among the people it's shared with, and at one of its sites.
• Staff Wi-Fi was turned off. Phones forget the networks. Turn it on again to share them.
