Give a Visitor Wi-Fi at the Desk

   Go to ConsoleVisitors and open the checked-in visit.

   In the Guest Wi-Fi panel, select Give Wi-Fi or Show the Wi-Fi.

   Turn your screen to the visitor so their phone's camera can scan the code. The network name and password show too.

It's recorded on the visit.

Good to Know

• The panel says how and when the visitor was given Wi-Fi, such as at the kiosk.
• Networks set so only visitors reception chooses get Wi-Fi reach a visitor only this way.
• Owners, Admins, Site admins, Receptionists and Security leads can give Wi-Fi at the desk.
• You can do the same from the Desk in the Agoo Workspace app.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no Guest Wi-Fi panel. The visitor isn't checked in yet, the visit is held for security, or Guest Wi-Fi is off.
• The visitor's phone won't scan the code. Read them the network name and password instead.
