Change Where a Tracked QR Code Goes

   Go to ConsoleQR codes and open the tracked code.

   Select Change.

   Update its details, such as the Web address.

   Select Save changes.

Every printed copy goes to the new place straight away.

Good to Know

• Only tracked codes can change where they go. A plain code holds its content: make a new code instead.
• You can change any code's name, tags and design.
• The short link printed in the code never changes, so you never reprint.
• Posters for a site, a booking type or a survey follow their record by themselves.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no way to change the content. It's a plain code. Make a tracked one and replace the printed copies.
• You can't change the code. You didn't make it, and only Owners and Admins change everyone's codes.
• The code says it isn't live yet. It's waiting for approval or its schedule hasn't started.
