See How Often a QR Code Is Scanned

Check a tracked code's scans by day, hour, country, city and device, and export them.

  • Plans: Every plan
  • Updated 27 October 2026
  • 1 min read
  1. Go to ConsoleQR codes and open the tracked code.

  2. Choose the Period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months.
  3. Read Scans, Different scanners and Not let through, then Scans each day, When people scan, Countries, Cities, Devices and Systems and browsers.

  4. To keep a copy, select Export and choose CSV or Excel.

Good to Know

  • Each scanner is counted once a day, without keeping who they are.
  • No IP address is kept. Location is the country, region and city worked out from the network, never GPS.
  • How far back you can see follows your plan's visitor history. Older scans come back when you move to a plan with a longer history.
  • Scans of all your tracked codes also show in Reports and in scheduled report emails.
  • Every export is recorded in the audit trail.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • A plain code has no scans. Plain codes are never counted: scanning them doesn't reach Agoo.
  • Scans show under Not let through. The code was paused, not live yet, ended, over its scan limit or waiting for a password.
  • No city was known. The network didn't say. It's often only the nearest big town.
