Check In on Your Phone from a Poster

   Point your phone's camera at the check-in poster and open the link.

   Select Check in.

   Under What brings you here?, choose why you're visiting.

   Under Your details, enter Your name and Phone number. Email and Company are optional.

   Under Who are you here to see?, type the first few letters of their name and choose them, or choose No one in particular.

   Answer any questions, and accept or sign any documents shown.

   Check the summary and select Check me in.

You'll see that you're checked in, or a message asking you to wait a moment while reception lets you in. The page updates by itself.

Good to Know

• No app or account is needed.
• If you'd rather not use your phone, reception can check you in.
• If your connection drops, what you typed is kept on your phone for a while and offered back. Start again clears it.
• When you leave, select I've left on the same page.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "This poster doesn't check visitors in." Self check-in is off here. Go to reception.
• "We can't check you in here right now." Go to reception, who can check you in.
• You can't find the person. Type a few more letters, check the spelling, or choose No one in particular and reception will help.
