Answer Questions and Sign Documents Before Your Visit

   Open your pass from the link in your message.

   Under Before you arrive, open Your details, answer the questions and save.

   Open Your documents. Read each one in full.

   For one you accept, tick to accept and select Accept.

   For one you sign, type your full name and sign in the box with your finger.

Each item shows a tick and when it was done.

Good to Know

• You can change your answers until you arrive.
• Your privacy notice comes first, then any site rules, non-disclosure agreement or waiver.
• After agreeing, you can download a PDF copy. For a document you signed, it's also emailed to you if the organisation has your email.
• Some answers show only as "Answered" and are never read back, to protect them.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You can't save your details. A required question is empty. Answer it, then save.
• Something can't be done on your phone. Reception can help with it when you arrive.
• You need a copy of what you signed later. Open your pass again, or ask the organisation.
