Choose How Long Form Responses Are Kept

   For the whole workspace, open Workspace Settings, choose a time under Keeping Responses and select Save.

   For one form, open its Responses, select Change beside how long responses are kept, and pick a time under Keep responses to this form for.

   For one question, choose it in the builder and set Keep answers for in its privacy settings, then publish.

Good to Know

• The choices run from 30 days to 5 years, or until the response is deleted.
• A form's own choice comes before the workspace's.
• When a question's time is up, only that answer is blanked. The rest of the response stays.
• Older responses are deleted for ever each hour, with their files.
• Ask only what you need. You decide what a form asks, and you're responsible for the answers under Ghana's Data Protection Act.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You can't change the workspace's choice. Only Owners and Admins can.
• Responses you wanted are gone. Deleted responses can't come back. Export regularly if you need to keep records longer than the form does.
