- In the builder, choose the question and find its privacy settings in the panel on the right.
- Turn on Personal data, Sensitive or Masked in responses as fits the answer.
- Select Publish so new responses follow the change.
- To see a sealed answer, open the response in Responses and select Reveal.
Good to Know
- A sensitive answer is sealed as it arrives. It's never in a summary or an email, and goes into an export only when someone allowed ticks the box.
- Ghana Card questions are always sensitive and masked. Exports show the number partly hidden; the full number shows only when revealed on one response.
- Owners can read sensitive answers. Each reveal is recorded in the workspace's trail.
- Mark health details, and anything else that could harm someone if it got out, as sensitive.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You don't see Reveal. Your role doesn't allow sensitive answers. Ask an Owner.
- You can't turn off Sensitive. The question is a Ghana Card question, which is always sensitive.
