Delete or Restore Form Responses

   Open the form's Responses and open the response, or choose several in the table.

   Select Move to the trash.

   To bring one back, choose Trash, open the response and select Restore.

   To delete it for good, open it in Trash and select Delete for ever.

Good to Know

• The trash keeps responses for 30 days, then deletes them.
• Deleting a response deletes its files too, and frees their storage at once.
• Deleting responses doesn't give back the month's response count.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You can't delete responses. Analysts read responses but don't delete them. Ask an Owner, Admin or the form's Builder.
• You deleted one by mistake. If it's in Trash, select Restore. A response deleted for ever can't come back.
