Choose What People Change Themselves

   Go to ConsoleSettingsPeople and HR.

   Under What people change themselves, tick the details people may change, such as Personal phone, Home address or Emergency contacts.

   Turn on Record marital status only if you need it.

   Under Pay accounts, choose People change their own or Only HR changes them.

   Select Save.

Good to Know

• People make these changes in My record in the Console and in Agoo Workspace. Their change saves at once, and HR sees it.
• Legal name, date of birth and statutory numbers always go to HR as a request.
• If people change their own pay accounts, tick Pay accounts in the list too. They always pass a quick check that it's them, and they're always told.
• Turning off Record marital status hides what's recorded from everyone, HR included.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Everything is greyed out. Only the Owner, an Admin or HR for the whole organisation changes these.
• People say they can't change their pay account. Check People change their own is chosen and Pay accounts is ticked.
