Go to ConsolePeopleDirectory, open the person and choose the HR record tab.
- In Pay accounts, select Add one, or Change if they already have an account.
- Choose Mobile money or Bank account, then fill in the Network or Bank, the name on it and the number.
- With more than one account, give each its Share of pay. The shares add up to 100%.
- Select Save accounts.
- Confirm it's you with the code from your authenticator app, or select Email me a code, then select Confirm and save.
The person is told about the change by email and notification as soon as it's saved.
Good to Know
- A person can have up to three accounts.
- Account numbers are kept encrypted. Everyone sees the last four.
- Whether people change their own accounts, or ask HR, is set in ConsoleSettingsPeople and HR.
- If two people really share an account, such as a joint account, confirm it when you save.
If Something Goes Wrong
- It says the account is already on someone else's record. Check the number. If they truly share it, choose to keep it on both records.
- The emailed code doesn't arrive. Check spam, then select Send a new code.
- The accounts show Held. The person said a change wasn't them. See Release Held Pay Accounts.
