Clock In or Out at the Kiosk

   Tap Staff clock-in on the welcome screen, or Clock in or out on a clock-in-only device.

   Choose how: hold your staff badge (printed, or the badge in Agoo Workspace) up to the camera, tap Tap your card, or tap Use your PIN, find your name and type your PIN.

   If your organisation asks for a photo, look at the camera.

   Tap Clock in or Clock out. The kiosk records the time.

Good to Know

• The kiosk knows who's in, so it offers clock-out to people who are clocked in.
• It checks badges, cards and PINs itself and works offline, keeping the time you clocked.
• A badge on your phone changes every 30 seconds, so a screenshot of it doesn't work.
• Set or change your kiosk PIN in Agoo Workspace under Me, or ask your manager.
• A kiosk in a computer's browser takes PINs only.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "No one by that name clocks in here with a PIN." You don't have a PIN yet, or you aren't on attendance at this site. Ask your manager.
• "That code has just expired". Hold your phone up again: the badge renews itself.
• "Printed badges aren't used here" or "Badges on phones aren't used here". Your organisation doesn't use that way here. Choose another way.
• "Clock-in isn't set up here". Clock-in hasn't been turned on for this site. Tell your manager.
