Keep your busy times off your booking pages and put every confirmed booking in your own calendar.

- Open the menu under your name and select Your calendars.
Under Connect a calendar, choose Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 (also for Outlook.com). Choose Zoom to have Zoom links made for video bookings.
- Read What Agoo sees and keeps, then continue to the provider.
- Sign in, choose the account and allow the access Agoo asks for. On Google's screen, leave every box ticked.
Back in Agoo, the account's card says Agoo is getting your calendars ready, then that it's connected. Your main calendar counts for busy times and is where your bookings go, until you change it.
Good to Know
- Agoo keeps only the start and end of your busy times, never what the meeting is or who's in it.
- Agoo only ever changes the events it added. Move or cancel a booking in Agoo, not in your calendar, so the guest is told.
- Bookings waiting for you to confirm are added once you confirm them.
- Your organisation decides who may connect and which providers in ConsoleSettingsCalendars.
- On Free, use your private calendar link instead.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The card says Reconnect. Google or Microsoft stopped accepting Agoo's access, often after a password change. Select Reconnect and sign in with the same account.
- The card says Agoo can only see when you're busy. You unticked the events permission. Select Let Agoo add events and leave every box ticked.
- "Your IT team needs to approve Agoo". Your organisation only allows approved apps. Send your IT team the steps on the card, then select Connect again.
- A Microsoft account has no Outlook mailbox. Agoo can't use it. Select Disconnect and connect a Microsoft 365 account with Exchange Online, or an Outlook.com account.
