  1. Open the menu under your name and select Your calendars.
  2. On the account's card, select Choose calendars.
  3. Turn on Counts for busy times for each calendar that should stop people booking you, such as your work calendar. Leave it off for shared team calendars and holiday calendars.

  4. Under Agoo adds your bookings here, choose one calendar you can edit.
  5. Select Save. Your booking pages use the new choice at once.

Good to Know

  • Events shown as busy, tentative or out of office count. Events shown as free don't.
  • Changing where bookings go moves your upcoming bookings to the new calendar.
  • Added something a moment ago? Select Look again now on the card.
  • Each calendar shows whether it's Yours, You can edit it, You can see it or Free and busy only.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • A busy time still shows on your booking page. Check the calendar Counts for busy times and the event isn't marked free, then select Look again now.
  • Bookings aren't appearing in your calendar. The card says Choose where your bookings go. Pick a calendar under Agoo adds your bookings here.
  • "Agoo couldn't read this one last time". Agoo tries again on its own. If it stays, check you can still open that calendar, or turn it off for busy times.
