Draft a Form with Agoo AI

Describe the form you need, check the questions Agoo AI suggests, and make it a draft to finish yourself.

  • Plans: Every Forms level

  1. Select New, then Draft with Agoo AI. Or select New form, then Describe it to Agoo AI.
  2. Under What should the form ask?, say what the form is for and what to ask. A list of the questions you want works too.
  3. If you like, fill in Who will answer it?, then select Draft it.
  4. Check the draft. Take out any question you don't need, and read anything under Worth checking.
  5. Select Make the form. It opens in the builder as a draft, ready to change and publish.

Good to Know

  • Agoo AI never publishes anything. Only you do.
  • Each question in the draft shows whether it's required, personal or sensitive, and when a rule makes it appear.
  • A draft uses AI credits from your workspace's monthly allowance. The screen shows what it costs and what's left before you start. A draft that can't be made uses none.
  • In your organisation's workspace, drafts use your organisation's AI credits, packs included.
  • Don't put anyone's personal details in your description. It's kept for a short time to keep Agoo Forms safe, then deleted.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Agoo AI won't draft it. It never drafts forms that ask for passwords, PINs, one-time codes or card numbers, or that pretend to be a bank, network or government body. Change what you wrote and draft again.
  • Agoo AI can't draft for you right now. You've reached the limit for drafts for now, or the month's credits are used. The screen says when to try again. Templates and blank forms always work.
  • The draft missed something. Select Describe it again, or add it yourself in the builder.
