- Select New, then New form.
- Under Ways to start, pick a template. Each card says who it's for and how many questions it has.
- Change the Title if you like, then select Make the form.
- Change any question, rule or ending in the builder, then select Publish.
Good to Know
- Every template opens as a draft. Nothing is published until you choose Publish.
- A template marked with a level uses features from that level. The builder shows which parts, so you can take them out or move up.
- You can browse the templates at agooforms.com/templates and select Use this template to start from one.
- In the Console, Start from a template suggests templates for your kind of organisation while you have only a few forms.
If Something Goes Wrong
- It says the form is made but the template didn't copy in. Delete the empty form and try the template again.
- Publish lists problems in parts you didn't add. They need a higher level. Take those parts out, or move up a level.
