Drop Off or Collect a Parcel at the Kiosk

To drop off a parcel:

   Tap Delivery on the welcome screen, then I'm delivering something.

   Hold the label flat in the frame to take A photo of the label, or tap Skip the photo.

   Say who it's for: search by name, choose a team, or choose I don't know, it's for reception.

   Add the details asked for, such as how many and the Courier company (optional), then tap Log it.

To collect a parcel:

1. 1
   Tap Delivery, then I'm collecting a parcel.
2. 2
   Type the six digits in the message Agoo sent you.
3. 3
   Take your parcel from reception.

Good to Know

• The recipient is told as soon as the parcel reaches Agoo, with their collection code.
• Logging and collecting work offline. The kiosk saves the parcel and sends it when the connection is back.
• A kiosk in a browser logs parcels online only.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "No one by that name here." Check the spelling, or choose reception.
• The code isn't accepted. Use the newest message from Agoo, or ask at reception: they can hand it over another way.
• There's no Delivery button. This kiosk doesn't take parcels. Please hand it to reception.
