Collect a Parcel with Your Code

   Tap the parcel notification, or tap Waiting at reception on Home to open Your parcels.

   Open the parcel to see its Collection code, what it is, who it's from and where it's kept.

   Tap Show at reception and show the code, or type the six digits at the kiosk under Delivery › I'm collecting a parcel.

Good to Know

• Only you, and your team for a team's parcel, have the code. Reception asks for it, or for your signature.
• The code works offline in the app.
• You're reminded until the parcel is collected.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "This parcel isn't waiting any more". It was collected or sent back. Ask reception.
• "No code yet". The parcel hasn't reached your phone yet. Pull down to refresh, or ask at reception.
