Earn Your Reply-Time Badge

   Go to agoo.reviews/business and open your page under Your Pages.

   On Overview, read where your page stands on the badge.

   Select Reviews and replies and reply to the reviews waiting.

The badge appears beside your page's name once you've earned it.

Good to Know

• You earn it with at least 5 replies in the last 12 months, a reply to at least half your reviews in that time, and a claimed page.
• It says Replies Within a Day, Replies Within 3 Days or Replies Within a Week, from the middle time between a review going up and your reply.
• It's free on every level, and paying never changes it.
• It never changes your score or your place in search.
• It's worked out again as you reply and at least once a day, so it can take a little while to show, and it can go away if you stop replying.
• To keep up, give replying to a Responder, who replies to reviews and nothing else. See What Each Team Role Can Do.
• Your page in the Agoo Reviews app's Business tab says where you stand on it, and readers see the badge on your page in the app too.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You replied but the badge hasn't appeared. Check Overview: it says what's still missing. Only replies to reviews from the last 12 months count.
• A reply is being checked. It counts once it's published.
