Get Alerts for New Reviews

   Go to agoo.reviews/business and open your page under Your Pages.

   Select Team and alerts.

   Under Your Alerts, turn Emails for new reviews on or off.

Good to Know

• In the Agoo Reviews app: Business › your page › Team › Your Alerts.
• With Reviews Business, you can get them on WhatsApp too: see Get WhatsApp Alerts for New Reviews.
• Alerts go to the email address you sign in with. Each person on the team chooses their own.
• If alerts are on, you're also emailed when someone asks your business a question.
• Branch managers hear about their own branches.
• In the Agoo Reviews app, the Business tab can send a notification for each new review, if you allow notifications.

If Something Goes Wrong

• No alerts arrive. Check the switch is on, and look in your spam folder. If you sign in with a mobile number only, add an email address under Ways to sign in.
• The team list shows "no alerts" for someone. They turn it on themselves from their own Team and alerts.
