End Leave Early or Record Sickness During Leave

Change leave that's already approved: cancel it, end it early, or turn sick days into sick leave.

  1. Go to ConsoleAttendanceLeave and open the leave under Requests.

  2. To call it off before it starts, choose Cancel leave. The days go back to the balance.

  3. If they came back before it ended, choose End early, then Recalled or Back early, the last day they took and Why it ends early.

  4. If they were sick during annual leave, choose Sick during leave, the First sick day and Last sick day, then Record the sickness.

Good to Know

  • Recalled means you called them back. They keep the rest of their leave to take later.
  • Back early means they chose to return. The days they didn't take go back to the balance.
  • Certified sick days during annual leave become sick leave and go back to their annual balance.
  • Staff can cancel their own leave in Agoo Workspace until it starts.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • These options aren't there. Leave that has ended can't be changed this way. Adjust the balance instead.
  • The change is refused. The days are in an approved timesheet. Reopen it first.
