Export All Your Organisation's Data

   Go to ConsoleSettingsData & privacy.

   Under Full organisation export, select Export everything.

   Wait for the email that says it's ready.

   Come back and select Download.

Good to Know

• It has one spreadsheet-ready CSV file per kind of record, the photos and documents, and a guide to what's inside.
• It includes records your plan's history hides.
• Passwords and keys, face templates and full ID numbers are left out by design. ID numbers show their last four characters.
• The download needs you to sign in, works for seven days, and is in the audit trail.
• The export is on every plan.

If Something Goes Wrong

• It says Couldn't be made. Ask again. If it keeps happening, contact Agoo support.
• It says Expired. The seven days have passed. Select Export everything again.
• The button is greyed out. An export is already being prepared. Wait for it to finish.
