Get WhatsApp Alerts for New Reviews

   Make sure your Agoo Reviews account has a confirmed mobile number: in Your account, under Ways to sign in.

   Go to agoo.reviews/business, open your page and select Team and alerts.

   Under Your Alerts, turn on WhatsApp messages for new reviews. The number they go to is shown, partly hidden.

Good to Know

• Reviews Business only. WhatsApp alerts come with Reviews Business and Reviews Enterprise. Email alerts are on every level.
• Each person chooses. Turning them on is for you alone; everyone on the team chooses their own.
• What it says: the business (and the branch, if you have several), the stars and the review's title, with Read the review. Reply from your business area as usual.
• Your branches only. If you look after some branches, you hear only of reviews of yours.
• Email alerts carry on as you set them. WhatsApp is extra, never instead.
• The alerts come from Agoo Reviews' WhatsApp number. They start once WhatsApp has approved the message.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Add and confirm your mobile number in your account first." Add your number under Ways to sign in and confirm the code, then try again.
• You turned them on but nothing came. Check WhatsApp is on that number, and that the review was published after you turned alerts on. Your email alert still came.
• The switch isn't there. Your page needs Reviews Business. See Choose a Level of Review Tools.
