Get Back Work You Hadn't Saved

Pick up a form where you left it after a power cut, a dropped connection or a closed tab.

  1. Open the same form again, on the same computer.
  2. Look for the note "We kept your unsaved changes from" a time. Your changes are back in the form.
  3. Check them, then save as usual. Or select Discard to go back to what was last saved.

Good to Know

  • The line beside the save button says where your work is: Saved on this device, Offline: kept on this device, or Kept while this tab is open when your browser won't let Agoo keep anything.
  • The visitor form builder, the QR studio and the documents editor also save your work to your account, so you can carry on from another computer.
  • If the copy on your account changed somewhere else, Agoo asks you to choose Use that copy or Keep this one. Nothing is overwritten.
  • Your drafts are yours alone. Signing out removes them from the computer.
  • Passwords, codes, card and mobile money details, API keys, protected answers and uploads are never kept. Type them again.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Your changes didn't come back. Drafts stay on the computer where you typed them. Open the form on that computer, in the same browser and organisation.
  • The note says the record changed after you started. A colleague edited it in the meantime. Check what's there before you save over it.
  • A save failed. You're offline or Agoo couldn't be reached. Your changes stay kept, so try again when Back online shows at the top.
