- To find something else, type in What do you need help with?
- To ask a question in your own words, tap Ask Agoo Help. Its answers link to the articles they come from.
- To reach a person, tap Talk to a Person, or Write to Our Team to send a ticket.
- Follow what you've sent under Your Tickets. A reply also comes as a notification that opens the ticket.
Report a Problem with a Screenshot
- On an iPhone, shake your phone on the screen that's wrong.
- Tap Report a problem.
- Tap Mark Up to circle what's wrong or cover anything private, then Done.
- Say what happened and tap Send.
On Android, tap Get help with this under a screen that didn't load, or use Account › Get Help.
Good to Know
- A ticket from the app tells our team which screen you were on, the app's version, your phone and its system, and the request numbers of anything that failed in the last hour. Open What We'll Send with This to see it all before you send.
- Your plan decides how quickly we reply and whether you can chat with a person. The promise shows before you send, for example "We reply within 8 working hours."
- When nobody is on chat, Talk to a Person sends your conversation as a ticket instead, so you don't have to type it again.
- The articles are saved on your phone, so you can read them without a signal.
- To stop shaking from opening Help, tap the bell in Get Help and turn off Shake to report a problem.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "Agoo Help is getting ready". Try again in a few minutes, or email support@agoohq.com.
- A file shows Checking the file. Every file is checked for viruses first. It opens once the check is done.
- A reply's notification doesn't arrive. See Fix Notifications That Don't Arrive in Agoo Workspace.
