Fix Sign-In Problems in Agoo Workspace

What to do when the app keeps asking you to sign in, won't take your code, or says your organisation needs another way in.

  1. Sign in again with your email and password, an email code, a passkey, or Google or Microsoft. The app asks every 30 days, or after 14 days without opening it.

  2. If your email code doesn't work, use the newest one: older codes stop working. Tap Send a new code if you need another.
  3. If your authenticator's code doesn't work, check your phone's date and time are set to automatic, and use the code named Agoo.
  4. If a card says your organisation requires Google or Microsoft, tap the button it shows and sign in with your work account.

Good to Know

  • Your organisation can make sign-ins shorter, so you may be asked more often.
  • If you're signed out everywhere by an admin, sign in again as normal unless your access was removed.
  • Lost the phone with your authenticator? Tap Lost your phone? when asked for the code.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • "We've just sent a code. Wait a minute before asking for another." Wait, then use the newest email.
  • The Google or Microsoft page closes without signing you in. Nothing changes. Choose it again, or use your password or an email code.
  • On Android, a page says Back to Agoo Workspace. Tap Open Agoo Workspace.
