See Who Was Given Guest Wi-Fi

   Go to ConsoleSettingsWi-Fi and open Guest Wi-Fi given.

   Filter by Site, Network, How, and From and To dates.

   To keep a copy, select Export and choose CSV, Excel or PDF.

Good to Know

• How is where they got it: at the kiosk, on their pass, their wallet pass, a message, at the desk or from a poster.
• Agoo keeps who was given it, when and how. It never keeps anything about their phone or laptop, or what they did online.
• The record is part of the visit, so it follows your retention settings for visits and is erased with the visitor.
• Reports shows visitors given Wi-Fi as a share of check-ins.
• Each export is recorded in the audit trail.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "No one yet". Nobody has been given guest Wi-Fi, or Guest Wi-Fi is off.
• "No one matches". Try another site, way or period.
