Give Someone the Finance Role

   As the Owner, go to ConsolePeopleDirectory and open the person.

   In Sign-in, select Change role, or set up their sign-in if they don't have one.

   Choose Finance as the Role.

   Select Save role, or Send invitation for someone new.

Good to Know

• Only the Owner gives, changes or takes away the Finance role, because it releases money.
• Finance sees no HR records or pay.
• To give someone access to people's records instead, give them the HR role. Only an Owner or Admin gives HR.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Finance isn't in the list. You're not the Owner. Ask the Owner to give it.
• You can't change someone's Finance role. Only the Owner can change or remove it.
