Limit a Role to Some Sites

   Go to ConsolePeopleDirectory and open the person.

   In Sign-in, select Change role and choose the Role.

   Under Where the role applies, choose Only some sites and tick the sites.

   Select Save role.

They now see and act only at the sites you ticked. Their page shows them under Where.

Good to Know

• A Site admin always manages particular sites, so choose at least one.
• On Free and Starter, roles apply across the whole organisation.
• If you manage roles at your own sites only, the sites you can choose are yours.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Only some sites isn't offered. Your plan applies roles across the whole organisation. Limiting a role to sites is part of Growth and above.
• It says to choose at least one site. Tick one or more sites, or choose Every site.
