Go to ConsoleDeliveriesWaiting and find the parcel by name, courier or tracking number.
- Open it and select Mark it collected.
- Choose how: Their code and type Their 6-digit code, Signature and have them sign, or Reception hands it over with why.
- If someone collects for the recipient, record their name.
- Confirm.
The record keeps the time, the method, any signature, who collected it and who handed it over.
Good to Know
- Food is flagged Food: hand over soon and sits at the top of the list.
- Reception never sees the collection code. The recipient has it in their message and under Your parcels.
- Your organisation chooses what collecting takes in the deliveries settings.
- A kiosk with nobody signed in hands over by code only.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The recipient lost their code or phone. Use Reception hands it over and say why, such as "Lost their phone; I know them".
- The code is refused. Check you opened the right parcel. If the recipient was changed, the old code stopped working; the new recipient has a new one.
- You're asked for a reason every time you hand over without a code. That's your organisation's setting. Only Reception decides lets reception confirm without a reason.
