Collect a Parcel Left for You

   Open the message that told you a parcel is waiting, or go to ConsoleYour parcels.

   Find the parcel. It shows what it is, who it's from, Where it's kept and when it arrived.

   Go to reception and select Show this at reception, or read out your Collection code.

Good to Know

• Parcels for a team you're in show too, marked with who they're for.
• In the Agoo Workspace app, tap Waiting at reception on Home to see the same parcels.
• A WhatsApp message says a parcel is waiting but never includes the code. The code comes in the app, by SMS or by email.
• You're reminded until you collect it.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Nothing is waiting for you or your team." It was collected already, or logged for someone else. Ask reception.
• Your code doesn't work. The parcel may have been moved to someone else, which gives a new code. Ask reception to check it.
• You can't get to reception. Ask a colleague to collect it; reception records their name.
