Set Parcel Reminders and What Collecting Takes

Choose how often people are reminded about waiting parcels and how reception hands them over.

  1. Go to ConsoleDeliveriesSettings.

  2. Under Reminders, turn on Remind people their parcel is waiting and set Every (hours), At most (reminders) and Food: first after (minutes).

  3. Under Collecting, choose What collecting takes: Code or signature, Code only, Signature only or Reception decides.

  4. Under Who's told, set When nobody is named and whether to Tell whoever logged it when it's collected.
  5. Select Save. You'll see "Deliveries settings saved".

Good to Know

  • Only Owners and Admins can change these settings. Everyone who sees deliveries can read them.
  • Front-desk parcels get no reminders.
  • Reception can also select Remind now on a waiting parcel.
  • How long parcel photos and signatures are kept is set in your organisation's retention, under Keeping records.
  • Every change is recorded in the audit trail.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • The settings are read-only. Your role can't change them. Ask an Owner or Admin.
  • People say they get too many reminders. Lower At most (reminders) or raise Every (hours).
