Go to ConsoleDeliveries and select Log a parcel.
- Under The label, select Add a photo of the label. Add more photos of the parcel if you like.
- To have it read for you, select Read the label, then tap the suggested recipient under Best match.
- Under Who it's for, search for a person or a team, or choose Front desk to keep it at reception.
- Choose What it is (Parcel, Envelope, Food or Something else), How many, and the Size if you like.
- Add Where it's kept (optional), such as "Shelf B, the mail room". The recipient sees this.
- Add the sender, courier, tracking number and rider's details if you have them.
- Select Log it.
The recipient is told at once, first in the Agoo Workspace app, with a six-digit collection code only they see.
Good to Know
- Reading the label takes 1 AI credit each time, and only works if your organisation has turned label reading on. You always choose the recipient yourself.
- For a team, everyone in it is told and any of them can collect it.
- A front-desk parcel stays with reception and nobody is told.
- In the Agoo Workspace app, the Desk has Log a parcel too, and it works with no signal.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "Label reading is off for your organisation." Fill it in by hand, or ask an Owner or Admin to turn on Read label photos with Agoo's AI in ConsoleDeliveriesSettings.
- "That photo can't be opened here." Use a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo.
- "Wait for the photos to finish uploading." Give it a moment on a slow connection, then select Log it again.
