In the business area, go to What We Offer. If Agoo found items on your website, they're under Confirm What You Offer, each marked Suggested by Agoo from your website: select Keep, Change or Hide on each, or Keep All.
- To add something else, select Add an item.
- Give it a Name, choose Product, Service or Programme, and add a Group and Description if you like.
- Under Price, choose A price, From a price, A range, Free or Ask for the price, and fill in the amount in GH₵.
- Add a Buy or order link and a Booking link if you have them, tick the branches that offer it, and add photos.
Choose whether to Show it under What We Offer, let Reviewers say their review is about it, and Take enquiries about it, then select Save the item.
On Reviews Business, select Import a spreadsheet to add many at once from a CSV with columns name, kind, description, group, price, price_to, unit, buy_link and book_link.
Good to Know
- Agoo's suggestions come from your own website and already show on your page, so reviewers can say their review is about one. Your changes always win: once you keep, change or hide an item, Agoo never changes it again.
- Reviewers choose what their review is about first, from your items, so keeping them right matters: a review of Data bundles isn't asked which branch it was at.
- In the Agoo Reviews app: Business › your page › What We Offer. Select Add an item, or an item to change it; Order puts them in your order.
- Your level sets how many items show and how many photos each has: Basic 15 items and 1 photo, Reviews Plus 200 and 5, Reviews Business as many as you like and 10.
- Review Areas Only are what reviewers can say their review is about without showing as an item. Agoo starts some for your kind of business, such as mobile data or fibre for a telecoms company. Change, add or delete them to fit what you do.
- Each item shows the stars of the reviews that name it, once three do, as from N reviews that name it. Your page's score is worked out as always.
- An item shows in a town's search only where a branch there offers it. A closed branch isn't listed on it, and a review can name it only at a branch that offers it.
- Deleting an item takes it off your page and out of search; the reviews that named it keep their words.
- Item photos have their own allowance: your level's items × photos per item, and 100 a day, so you can load a whole menu. They never count against the 200 photos and proof your team keeps on replies.
- Leave phone numbers, emails and links out of an item's words; put links in its buttons.
- On Reviews Plus and up, each item shows its views, taps and enquiries over the last 30 days.
- Paying never moves your page or your items in search.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "Your level shows 15 items." Hide or delete one, or move up a level under Levels.
- "Row 7: …" in an import. Fix that row in your spreadsheet and import again; rows before it were added.
- A photo says "Not shown". A person at Agoo couldn't show it and says why. Add another.
