Go to ConsoleDeliveriesSettings.
For the kiosk, leave Couriers log parcels at the kiosk on, and turn on the Delivery button for the kiosk in ConsoleDevices .
- For a door with no kiosk, turn on Couriers log parcels from a drop-off poster.
Choose whether to ask for The rider's name and phone and A photo of the label: Don't ask, Ask, they can skip or Always.
- Select Save, then Make a drop-off poster for each site and put it up where couriers arrive.
Good to Know
- Couriers find recipients by typing three letters. They then see only a first name and an initial.
- A courier who doesn't know who it's for sends it to your default recipient, the front desk unless you choose otherwise under When nobody is named.
- A drop-off poster is one of your plan's tracked QR codes. While the drop-off page is off, the same poster asks couriers to hand the parcel to reception.
- The Agoo Kiosk apps log parcels with no network and send them later. A kiosk in a browser needs a connection.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "Save, then make the poster here." Save the settings first; the poster button appears after.
- Couriers see a page asking them to hand the parcel to reception. Courier logging is off for that kiosk or poster.
