- Select New, then New folder, and give the folder a name.
- Go to Forms, open a form's menu and select Move to a folder.
- Use Search these forms to find a form by its title, and Show to pick drafts, open, closed or archived forms.
- Switch between As cards and As a list, and sort by Last changed, Newest first or Title, A to Z.
Good to Know
- Moving a form to a folder doesn't change its link or its responses.
- A form marked Changes not published has edits that people answering don't see yet.
- Delete the folder removes only the folder. Its forms stay in all forms, with every response.
- A form's menu also has Move to the trash and, on Forms Team, Share with people. Trash beside your folders lists the forms in the trash. See Move a Form to the Trash, Restore It or Delete It.
If Something Goes Wrong
- No forms match your search. Try other words, or show every form.
- You can't move a form. Your role may only let you read responses. Ask an Owner or Admin of the workspace.
