Pin Pages to the Side Bar

   On a computer, point at a page's name in the side bar of Console, such as Visits or People.

   Select the pin that appears at the end of its row. The page now also shows under Pinned, at the top of the side bar.

   To take a page off, point at it and select the crossed-out pin.

Good to Know

• You can pin up to eight pages. Pinning a ninth takes off the one you pinned first.
• Pins are kept with your account, so they're the same on every computer and browser you sign in on.
• Pinned pages show in the narrow icon side bar and in the phone menu too. To change them, use a computer with the full side bar.
• If you can see billing, the plan card at the foot of the side bar shows the allowance closest to its limit once it's half used, such as hosts or SMS this month. It turns amber at 80% and red at the limit.

If Something Goes Wrong

• A pinned page has gone. Your role no longer includes it, so it's hidden. It comes back if your role changes.
• No pin appears when you point at a page. Pins are added on a computer with a mouse or trackpad, in the full side bar. Widen the window, or select the button at the top left to unfold the side bar.
• A pin you added on another computer isn't here. Reload the page. If Agoo couldn't be reached, this computer shows the pins it last saw until it can.
