Print a Guest Wi-Fi Poster

Put a QR poster at reception that always shows your current guest Wi-Fi, so a new password never needs a reprint.

  1. Go to ConsoleSettingsWi-Fi, or open the site in ConsoleSettingsSites.

  2. Select Print a Guest Wi-Fi poster.
  3. If the site has more than one guest network, choose which one it shows.

  4. Under Who sees the Wi-Fi, choose Visitors who are checked in or Anyone who scans it, and add A line for visitors if you like.

  5. Design it, select Save code, and download it to print.

Good to Know

  • The poster's page always shows the network's current name and password, with your Wi-Fi terms to accept.
  • Visitors who are checked in confirm who they are with the phone number or email they gave, by a one-time code.
  • It counts as one of your plan's tracked QR codes, on every plan.
  • You can also make it from ConsoleQR codes › New QR code › Guest Wi-Fi poster.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • The poster asks people to see reception. Guest Wi-Fi is turned off.
  • The poster says it has ended. Its site was removed.
  • A visitor isn't sent a code. No visitor checked in at that site gave that number or email.
